We keep your personal and medical information for a period of 10 years on our clinical system or until you ask for this to be removed. We will then archive your medical records if you have not used the service beyond this time. Please note, that a copy of your consultation records and treatment plan will also be sent to your registered medical practitioner to ensure your permanent NHS GP records are kept up-to-date, accurate and relevant for continuity of care within the UK.

Your data protection rights
