Scope of Cancellation Policy
At Task Doctor Limited, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change and patients may need to cancel their appointments. We are committed to being fair and reasonable in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Fees
We charge a cancellation fee for any appointment that is cancelled within the following timeframes:
- Up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time: No fee
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time: Booking fee non-refundable
How to Cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time by e-mail: [email protected] or by clicking on the link within your appointment confirmation form.
Late Cancellation or No-Shows
If you fail to attend an appointment without cancelling in advance, or if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full booking consultation fee.
Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, we may waive or reduce the cancellation fee at our discretion. These circumstances may include:
- A patient’s death or serious illness of a close family member
- A patient’s hospitalisation or emergency surgery
- A patient’s severe weather conditions making travel impossible
Refunds
If you have paid for an appointment and we cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
Changes to Appointments
We understand that sometimes circumstances may change and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your appointment schedule. However, please note that we may charge a fee for any changes made within 24 hours of the original scheduled appointment time.

At Task Doctor Limited, we strive to provide high-quality medical services to our patients. In the event that you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds
We will investigate your feedback / concerns raised and if deemed appropriate, we will offer a full or partial refund for the following reasons:
- Unmet expectations: If you feel that our service did not meet your expectations.
- Poor service: If you experience poor service, including delays or unresponsiveness.
- Medical errors: If we make an error in your diagnosis or treatment.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have completed the consultation and received a diagnosis or treatment plan from our service.
- Have paid for the consultation in full.
- Provide written feedback to us explaining the reason for your request for a refund.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be at the discretion of our management team. The maximum refund amount is your booking fee.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund

- Your booking details (ie. Name, date of birth, date of appointment)
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your request for a refund
- Any supporting documentation (e.g. screenshots, emails)
Timeline for Processing Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days from receipt of your request.
Limitations and Exceptions
This refund policy does not apply to:
- Consultations that are not fully completed (i.e. where the patient does not receive a diagnosis or treatment plan)
- Consultations that are cancelled by the patient after 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
- Consultations that are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
