3. User Accounts
When you register your details with our service, a patient record is generated within our clinical system (Cliniko). You do not have login access to your records but we will provide you and your registered medical practitioner with a copy of the consultation notes to ensure continuity of care. We are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or information.
4. Medical Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and timely medical advice, our services does not replace NHS or emergency medical care. We will always do our best to provide you with the best medical care and advice but you should always seek the advice of your registered medical practitioner with any questions you may have regarding your medical condition as they will have access to your full NHS medical health records.
